Each day is thoughtfully designed to maximize our time together while creating lasting memories. Thursday, June 19
Arrival & Registration
The excitement begins! Start with hotel check-in at 4:00 PM, then join us for early arrival activities.
Optional High Museum visit Juneteenth Exhibition from 1:00-5:00 PM. Transportation not provided.
Kids & Teens Pajama Party & Movie Night
6:30-8:00 PM in the Event Room
Family Meet & Greet with ice breaker games from 8:00-10:00 PM.
End the night socializing in our Hospitality Suite.
Friday, June 20th
Morning Adventures
Atlanta Civil Rights Experience
Explore Atlanta's rich civil rights history with these meaningful optional activities!
Transportation to Civil Rights Tour departs Element Hotel Lobby 10:30 AM.
Civil Rights Bus Tour 12:00-3:00 PM.
Meeting place: Atlantic Station. Cost: FREE for 28 participants.
Sweet Auburn Guided Walking Tour
12:30-3:30 PM. Meeting place: MLK Memorial. Cost: $20 adults, $10 children under 6.
Rest & Get Ready for the Banquet 4:00-5:30 PM.
